Middleburg Real Estate

Shannon went above and beyond in every way during the home buying process! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and had A LOT of questions. She answered them all quickly and courteously. Shannons professional connections led to a quick, painless closing on a house that had a lot of interest. I'm proud not only to call her my realtor, but also my friend. Thanks for making my dream home happen!

Shannon provided me with an exceptional experience when purchasing a second home in Middleburg , Va. she was thoughtful and listened to all my concerns and provided me with great advice during the negotiating stage. She met every deadline and addressed all issues in a professional and timely manner, always displaying the utmost professionalism and was gracious, patient and kind

Cant say enough wonderful things about Shannon. She is such a hard worker and really takes time with her clients to find them the perfect home. We were initially looking to rent and she even showed us properties where the owners werent offering agent commissions and never even mentioned anything about it (I just noticed it on the listing). When we decided to buy, before we closed she already had someone in mind to rent our basement. If I buy, sell, or rent in the future, Shannon will be my first call.

Before meeting Shannon I was working with a realtor who never answered the phone, always required prompting to take the next step, and never offered an explanation as to why my offers were being rejected. The true answer - he wasn't going to bat for me! After months of frustration I finally gave up. That's when I met Shannon Casey and witnessed what a true home buying experience is supposed to be like! She knew exactly what I was looking for, brought back all of my optimism, and actually opened up a dialogue between me and the seller's to communicate an offer that was agreed upon! Shannon works as hard as she would if it were her own home buying experience. I had no idea home buying could be so great! I would, hands down, recommend Shannon to everyone looking for a realtor. You will be so grateful you chose her!

Shannon was incredibly diligent and helpful finding a space for my salon. She showed me many properties to make sure she found one that fit my needs. I wish I could use her in my salon!
