Shannan knew exactly the right time to sell a vacation home on the hood canal, knew exactly what items from the fully-furnished home to remove that buyers wouldnt be interested in that would detract from them being able to envision it as theres, and even paid extra to rush the professional photos so we could get it listed in the desired timeframe. She even had her team go out a few times to do things on my behalf, such as ensuring the heat was turned on, or picking up something I forgot, on-top of the open houses they were out there for, and paid to advertise it on Social Media and other sites! She has all the contacts, such as a house cleaner and septic company, and even coordinated and initially paid for the septic to be inspected. She made my job easy so I didnt have to drive four hours (round trip) to the house to do small things, and so I didnt have to coordinate with people coming out to do any work. I'm also very pleased with the offer that we received, which was well above list price and very unexpected! Her team was in constant communication with us so we were never wondering what was going on, papers were quickly delivered between us and the buyers, and any asks quickly responded to by Shannans team. Shannan spares no expense from her commission to ensure the house youre selling will get the highest offer, and I would highly recommend using her as your agent.

(no charge) Which resulted in us getting into a multiple offer situation that netted us more than we originally said we needed.
