Shane was beyond delightful, he went above and beyond to help us find and obtain our dream home. Working with Vetrans United was an absolute nightmare but Shane made it easier and was the light at the end of my very long tunnel. Every day he would cheer me on and tell me I'm almost there and to hold on a little longer when I felt like giving up. He helped us more than I can put into words. He is and will always be a member of our little growing family.
