I am a first-time homebuyer, and I was incredibly anxious going into the buying process as a newcomer. Shane absolutely eased every single anxiety. From the initial home tour to the process of submitting an offer, Shane clearly and patiently explained each and every step. He was willing to stay up late (later than I would expect) to ensure that I could put my offer in right away, and he was always avaialble via email, phone, and text. Throughout it all, his demeanor was calm and kind, he listened attentively to all of my needs and concerns, and he always provided helpful feedback and/or solutions. I am now living in my dream home and in my dream neighborhood thanks to Shane, and I absolutely plan to recommend him and his services to every home buyer and seller that I meet. I am frankly sad that closing has already come and gone, because throughout the process Shane really began to feel like a reliable and informed friend. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have worked with him.

Shane was just outstanding in every way! He was knowledgeable, experienced and just so easy to work with! When our home in the central southern part of the State sold quicker than expected, Shane worked within the parameters we set and went above and beyond to show us those homes we selected. Shanes skill set enabled him to negotiate the best price for us, along with other additions from the sellers in the home buying process. He worked thoroughly with us from the sign on until closing very efficiently. Shanes negotiating skills, in our opinion, were superb!
