Review We had an opportunity to buy 9.2 acres in Fair Play SC. Cliff helped us buy the land and then I went to work and made some improvements and surveyed off 3 lots. Cliff then helped us sell those and we were then sold out within a year. We kept 3.4 acres for our future home. Cliff was on top of everything through the whole process. I recommend him for buying or selling.

Review They treat you like family and are there every step of the way! They get to know you and what you're looking for. Every question is answered in a timely manner. I work third shift so sometimes I couldn't get back to them within their working hours so I would respond later than most and they still contacted me even after they didn't have to! They are both very patient and helpful with anything you need. If you're not fully understanding something they will walk through it step by step until you do! They want to make sure you fully understand what's happening at all times! The Albertson team really outdo themselves and I highly recommend them!
