ZillowVERIFIEDShaii was fabulous in helping my husband and I to find and purchase our first home. She went above and beyond to make sure the whole process was smooth. People say buying a home can be stressful, but Shaii took almost all the stress on, so we did not have to. She was very knowledgeable, she had great referral for us, and her energy made our experience wonderful.
ZillowVERIFIEDShaii was absolutely wonderful through the whole taxing process of us buying a home. Patience, kindness, empathy and understanding are not usually values you would associate with a realtor, but Shaii has all of them and more. She listened to our needs, she understood our thoughts are reasoning, she advocated for us, she gave us space and time to make decisions, she showed us support every step of the way. She also became buddies with our 4 year old! I would 100 percent recommend her to be your realtor! She is dedicated to her work and she is amazing.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was an excellent experience working with Shaii. Buying a house is more stressful as a first time home buyer but she explained the whole process very well. She's very responsive throughout the process. Scheduling visits were very easy. I would definitely recommend her and chose her for my future purchases
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a wonderful experience working with Shaii! As first time home buyers, we were overwhelmed by the whole process but Shaii patiently guided us through it all and whole process was smooth and stress free. She was proactive and after getting a sense of what we were looking for, she was quick to arrange for prompt visits and plan out an efficient viewing schedule. She kept us informed at all stages of the process and promptly responded to any queries. We highly recommend working with Shaii for a stress free experience!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe decided to work with Shaii because she was so responsive. We were glad we chose her, because she continued to keep the house buying process well organized and low stress throughout. Would definitely recommend Shaii to anybody in the pacific NW.
ZillowVERIFIEDShaii was fantastic it was by random happenstance we were paired through Zillow on a bit of an impulse to go look at some houses. but we couldn't be happier with how things worked out she moved at the pace we were ready for when we were casual, she was casual but when it came time to go for it, she was diligent, hardworking and just a really fun person to go through the process with. youll be in good hands with shaii and team.
