ZillowVERIFIED We hired Shahzana Ripp to list and sell our home. Shahzana exceeded our expectations! Due to a failed first closing (due to buyer issues) she had to re-list our home. Prior to the re-listing we had already relocated to Florida. She was optimistic throughout the entire process and was able to find a second buyer for us very quickly. For both experiences she helped us stage the home. She tidied up the home on the Open House days and throughout the process she kept us updated on all the details. Shahzana handled everything for us while we were moving into our new Florida home. Selling and relocating is very stressful. Shahzana made our experience effortless. We strongly recommend using her to sell or buy a home!

ZillowVERIFIED Shahzana guided us through this sale in a very difficult environment, after a long lockdown. She advised us on how to prepare the house for the sale, when to place it on the market and made a very thorough market analysis of the local market so we could define confidently our price point. We were able to keep a good traction with frequent buyers visiting our house and we met our goal of selling in less than 60 days before our scheduled move to Europe through a fair deal. Shahzana was great, upfront and I would recommend her for knowledge of the Plainfield and Naperville markets.

ZillowVERIFIED The best realtor we could have asked for while searching for our first home. Not only was she responsive to our calls & texts (many of which were very late at night), but she was so incredibly patient with our pickiness. In fact, Shahzana was the one who found our home! We were looking at another property, and she said she found a similar one nearby she wanted to show us. She couldn't have been more right! Once we found the house, the real work began. This is where we were clueless. Between the bidding process, inspection, closings, etc. she made us feel so comfortable the entire time. We weren't as overwhelmed with Shahzana on our team, as she is so knowledgeable about the industry. If I could give 10 stars I would! Shahzana, thank you for EVERYTHING!

ZillowVERIFIED Extremely happy and satisfied with Shahzana. As our agent, she provided a positive, professional, and no-pressure experience when searching and buying our dream home. Her dedication is unmatched - she accommodated my wife's busy schedule and worked over Christmas and New Years to visit listings and help us find our home. She provided great insight and advice regarding the target areas we considered in Naperville and Plainfield. We also appreciated her open-line of communication - she always promptly returned our calls, emails, and texts throughout the day.Mostly importantly, my wife and I truly felt she was our advocate during the entire process. I can't stress this enough - you need someone you can trust and be on your side at various stages of looking and buying a house and Shahzana is the real deal. Lastly, I was impressed with her savvy negotiation skills. When it came down to us competing with several buyers to submit our best and final offers, Shahzana helped us craft the offer that not only was the winning bid but also significantly lowered our closing costs - a very savvy move.Whether you're a first-time or seasoned home-buyer, I highly recommend Shahzana.
