Every Thanksgiving since, we've been invited to "Save the Date for a Pie or Cake." In October 2023, we got the invitation from Brian. Upon choosing our dessert, we told Brian that we were thinking of selling our property within six months. This marked the beginning of our professional relationship. Brian detailed the home selling process and concluded with a face-to-face meeting at October's end. His dedication during the initial consultation, even though we were merely contemplating a sale the subsequent year, instilled confidence and reassurance in us. He guided us through the Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) for our locality, discussed possible home improvements, and their potential impact on the sale price. The depth of his market knowledge and the comprehensive data he shared were remarkable. At our request, he also furnished contacts for renovation services should we opt for that route. In March 2024, we officially decided to list our home for sale. Brian dedicated an immense amount of time and effort to guide us through the process, ensuring every detail was addressed. He was consistently available to supply the information we needed for making informed decisions. ZillowVERIFIED I needed to sell my first home. To make matters more stressful, my BFF had recently passed away and I had inherited her home. Hence, the need to quickly sell my beautiful house. Needless to say, there was a lot going on and I was desperate for help. I happened upon the Van Poole Properties Group and their many excellent reviews on social media. From the very first phone call with Marie Hoke, I felt supported and understood. She walked me through the process, explained their team concept and we did a virtual tour of my home. She instantly recognized the value of upgrades that had been done and we discussed neighborhood comps and possible price points to consider. Next, I met with a very creative staging assistant provided by the agency, Katrina. She was diligent and direct about what would help me show my property to best advantage. Paring down my belongings by around 75%. The agency photographer took beautiful photos. It was finally time to list the house. The rest of the team leaped into action. Erica and Kristen felt like they were sitting next to me, holding my hand through it all. Within 7 days from listing, we had an offer. Throughout the process, people kept telling me how stressed I must be about the sale. BUT I WASNT! I only felt supported and excited about the adventure ahead.
