ZillowVERIFIED Thanks so much to Seth for helping us in the sale of our rental property. It's another successful transaction that we've worked with Seth within six months. Seth, as always, was very friendly, responsive, and always gave great advice. He knows that we live out of town and it's inconvenience for us sometimes to go to the property. He offered to help during freezing days, he had the water dripping at the sinks, closed the window blinds, and double checked the thermostat to make sure the property was safe through the freeze. He connected us with a contractor for the repairs and made sure everything was done properly at the end. We know Seth for over 10 years and we trusted him 100%. He's been our go-to agent for many years now. Seth, thank you so much for all your help. We really appreciate YOU!!!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a property and I am glad I had Seth as my realtor. He offered so much valuable advice that helped me in choosing a home that met my needs and was within my budget. Seth was always responsive, answered all my questions, availed himself for all my house viewings. When we finally went under contract, I relied on him a lot since it was all so new to me. My initial approval fell through, Seth that helped me get another one, and made an otherwise overwhelming process much more bearable. Most importantly, I never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions, I always felt safe and that I could trust him. I would 100% recommend him for his professionalism and patience and will definitely use him again for my next purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth was amazing. He was a huge help in getting everything ready to go on the market, including providing a walk through with recommended fixes and improvements most important to buyers, and also telling me what wouldn't make a huge impact to help me save money. He communicated through the whole process, answered all questions I had, and made recommendations along the way when we were having trouble attracting buyers. I'm so thankful he was in my corner!

ZillowVERIFIED Seth is truly the best! As a first-time homebuyer, I came into the process with a lot of uncertainty and very little knowledge about what to expect. On top of that, I have a very specific taste, so I knew I would need someone who was not only experienced but also attentive. From the beginning, Seth made the entire experience feel seamless. One of the most important qualities in a realtor, is someone who never makes you feel rushed or pressured, and Seth was exactly that. When I first started looking, I did not even know what area I wanted to live in. It took time to figure that out, and Seth was incredibly patient every step of the way. He truly listened to what I liked and paid close attention to the details that mattered to me. On top of that, I work in person with a demanding schedule, but Seth always found ways to make time for showings. He was flexible, responsive, and very respectful of my time. At one point, my dad came into town to help me tour some of the top properties, and Seth cleared his entire day to be with us. That really stood out to me and showed how committed he is to his clients. I genuinely do not have a single negative thing to say about my experience. We found my dream home and I could not be happier! If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly cares about helping you find the right home, I could not recommend Seth more!

ZillowVERIFIED Seth was the definition of a real-estate professional! After a very frustrating experience with another company and agent, we were blessed to have Seth in our corner. His expertise and guidance resulted in a night and day experience. Our home went from a hand full of viewings and no offers to immediate activity. He went well above and beyond since we were out of state after moving, we could not have had a more pleasant experience. His focus on customer service and being our corner was refreshing. Do not waste your time with other realtors, give Seth a call!

ZillowVERIFIED We first contacted Seth during the height of the Austin housing market at the beginning of 2022. We spoke to multiple realtors, but what stood out about Seth was that he was cool and collected at a time when a lot of folks were in a frenzy. Seth did not rush the process or ask us to do anything we werent comfortable with, like foregoing an inspection.Throughout a year of working with Seth, he really cemented the fact that he is a trusted partner; were very happy with the price he was able to get us and his ability to negotiate when there were a few issues with our new build. Its clear that Seth is interested in building longer term relationships. Thanks, Seth! We look forward to recommending you to anyone who asks and working with you in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Seth was amazing. We used him when we first bought our house in 2018 and he was a great resource for that. He knew the area and helped guide us along the process. Over the last 4 years hes maintained a relationship with us staying in touch and checking in on us a few times a year. Hes always been someone we could ask questions or advice from. When we were moving out of state and had to sell our house there was no question that wed use Seth again. He helped us get top dollar for our place and sell it quickly as we were already on the move and that was an important part of the process for us! Seth is friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and hard working. We fully trust Seth and would recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell a house!

ZillowVERIFIED We had to conduct our search completely virtual (being stuck overseas as a result of the pandemic). Seth helped arrange virtual tours near on demand, and helped avoid having to go into homes that were simply not going to work for us based on the current bids (we still went through ALOT of homes). We also needed to find a situation that would enable us to bid into a home without the full appraisal waiver, which as far as any of us could tell (and according to realtor forums) was not happening at all in the Austin area. Not only did we close on a home without having to sell everything we had, but we did it quickly AND made the appraisal.
