Seth is truly the best! As a first-time homebuyer, I came into the process with a lot of uncertainty and very little knowledge about what to expect. On top of that, I have a very specific taste, so I knew I would need someone who was not only experienced but also attentive. From the beginning, Seth made the entire experience feel seamless. One of the most important qualities in a realtor, is someone who never makes you feel rushed or pressured, and Seth was exactly that. When I first started looking, I did not even know what area I wanted to live in. It took time to figure that out, and Seth was incredibly patient every step of the way. He truly listened to what I liked and paid close attention to the details that mattered to me. On top of that, I work in person with a demanding schedule, but Seth always found ways to make time for showings. He was flexible, responsive, and very respectful of my time. At one point, my dad came into town to help me tour some of the top properties, and Seth cleared his entire day to be with us. That really stood out to me and showed how committed he is to his clients. I genuinely do not have a single negative thing to say about my experience. We found my dream home and I could not be happier! If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly cares about helping you find the right home, I could not recommend Seth more!
