ZillowVERIFIEDSeth is the type of professional who strives to achieve satisfaction for both the buyer and the seller. He is a quiet, laid-back individual who volunteers his own time to fix things on your property. When a dryer stopped working after I'd contracted my home with a "no inspection" contingency, Seth insisted on repairing the dryer after I'd provided the part because it was, in his estimation, the "right thing to do." Within 3 days of my closing, he was at my unit installing fire/CO2 alarms and a dryer part. Seth isn't interested in simply pairing parties together for a sale, but instead wants the "right" buyer for the "right" property. I believe this speaks to his integrity. Though this was a very stressful process for me and I wasn't always the easiest person to deal with, he never once lost his patience. He is responsive to all communication and kept me in the loop throughout the process. My only complaint is that I wish he had pushed harder for a quicker close when I requested it prior to signing the P&S as the delay was unnecessary added expense. I'm sure he would have responded in the same kind and patient way even if I'd been more insistent.
