Out of all the houses and realtors we met over a two week time April was the only realtor that asked if we were working with a realtor of if we were looking for a realtor to pursue selling our home in Raleigh Hills, and purchase a new house in Gresham. I interviewed six different realtor before my wife and I chose April. After interviewing the different realtors it was perfectly clear she was the best choice. She listened to what we wanted to do, how much we wanted out of our house, showed her what improvements we did on the house, and gave her the time frame we were looking to sell our house and purchase our new home. April performed way beyond our expectation and we sold our home in Raleigh Hills in November of 2019, purchased our new beautiful home in Gresham at the same time. Everything went smooth. Since November of 2019 I have referred April to my sister and brother-in-law to sell their house in Molalla, OR. They were so impressed with April when they met her they called me to let me know they hired her to sell there house. They relayed to me that they know why I chose her rather than the other five realtors that I interviewed. April sold there house in three days. Couple of weeks ago I was gave my neighbor April's contact information as he is looking to sell his home of 35 years. He and his wife want to take their RV and move to Arizona. I called April to let her know that I referred her and that she could stop by and meet with them. She stopped by the next day and gave them some information. I am confident she will be listing their home soon.
