I would have never agreed to pay the buyers realtor, I had nothing to do with the buyers realtor the buyer did. I had no problem paying mine, and the buyer should have paid part of the closing cost no one should just hand over 27,000.00 dollars.for selling their home.

ZillowVERIFIED This was more than a routine house sale. For openers, much of it took place during the serious Covid-19 pandemic in Washington state. To make it worse, during that time, due to family issues, my wife and I both had to be away from the property during much of the all-important getting ready stage of the sale. Sean took on a lot of that burden: He selected and managed contractors for us, watched the property as various people took away items they had purchased from us, etc. Finally, he got us a bit more than we had originally asked for the house! We cant say enough things about how this project was handled!

Though i was dealing with Sean out of state, from the the start, Sean was professional, knowledgable, and responsive to my needs of finding a buyer for 2 depressed properties in a tough market. While the properties sat on the market for two years, Sean assisted us with suggested pricing, tactics, and concerns to address on the properties. In many instances where there was a sense of urgency on potential deals, no matter what my concerns were with certain decisions, there was never any pressure from Sean. He was always committed to us, the seller, and would always make sure that ultimately it was us that made the final decision when we were ready.
