We worked with a few other agents prior to meeting Sean and his team at OverSouth and they went above and beyond any other company, in all areas. If Sean wasn't available to show us a house, he arranged one of his team members to meet with us. They all treated us as their own clients and we felt we could trust them. He connected us with lenders and attorneys but never pressured us into using anyone we didn't feel comfortable with. He is extremely knowledgeable but not pushy. We are extremely grateful for Sean's expertise and strongly recommend him and his team!!!

Sean patiently showed us home after home for well over a year, listening to our likes and dislikes, before finding the perfect house in our desired location. Sean shrewdly negotiated with our sellers getting us a great deal. He then prepped, staged, and knocked the sale of our home out of the park. We couldnt have asked for a better outcome. After some issues arose while we were in contract, Sean really stepped up and fought for us daily. We could have easily lost these deals with another agent. Sean works with a wonderful team and he gave us great advice at every opportunity. We highly recommend Sean. We truly havent seen or heard of another agent who works harder or has better success.
