We connected with Deniz by sheer chance and found it to be the best experience we have had over the years. She was a complete professional; very knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we searched in. Her expertise in the many facets of home buying was clear; no bluffing, no trying to sound knowledgeable about anything. Every question we had was answered with clarity. No platitudes or condescending nonsense. In the few instances she was unsure, she would find the answer for us in a timely fashion. No cheap salesperson talk or pushiness. She showed us many homes and was always accommodating. My wife and I were staying in Queens while we looked and often were late trying to make it to appointments in Suffolk due to unpredictable traffic. It was never a problem for Deniz, she would be waiting for us regardless, fresh, enthusiastic and ready to work. She was completely on top of her game, always responding instantly to questions, even late in the evening. She was there for us every minute of the buying process, working very well with our lawyer. Perfect combination for her profession, she knew when to make suggestions and seemed to know precisely when to step back and let have privacy to look and discuss. There was not one house that we were unable to view and it always was at our convivence. A friendly, pleasant and intelligent professional. We are now very happy in our perfect home.
