I was a referred to Sean though the recommendation of another local agent and the rest is history. Sean listened to what I wanted in a home, location, and specifics. He was there to help guide me through the process, even through picking out a lender. He helped negotiate a fair price. And when I thought things had completely fallen through, he managed to arrange a deal that both sides could agree upon. He even managed to get things closed on time when that was in jeopardy. ZillowVERIFIED Sean has assisted me with four transactions. I already recommend Sean whenever I have an opportunity so it is my pleasure to more formally publicize my thoughts on his behalf. Two main attributes come to mind when I think of Sean. First, his professionalism stands out. His communication is respectful with clients, sellers, and other agents and it is also tasteful and persuasive in his marketing materials. Additionally he knows the ins and outs of the industry when it comes to multiple listing protocol and forms and is on top of the latest marketing tools and technology. Second, he has a strong customer (client) service ethic, always placing their needs first. An example of this comes to mind when he hand delivered an offer to a listing agent on my behalf. Believing that a slight edge might be gained by hand delivering it with a hand shake and an in-person verbal exchange, he took the time to do this. His competitive spirit also crosses over into the topic of customer service. Sean strives to negotiate the very best possible deal for his clients, and I believe he has achieved that goal in all of our transactions. Furthermore, our first two transactions came as a result of him being competitive and aggressive in his monitoring of the MLS. We successfully jumped on a listing within its first 24 hours before some of the larger market players caught wind of it, and this was with Sean working around our frantic schedule leaving on a trip with a newborn baby. As I previously stated, I already refer Sean whenever possible so this review is sincere and previously thought out based on several first hand, positive, and most importantly successful experiences.
