ZillowVERIFIED Sean made selling my house on the lake super simple. Having one of the biggest and possibly odd homes on the lake had me concerned about finding a buyer. Sean knows the community so well, he found the right buyers in no time at all. He told me exactly what I needed to do to prepare my house for showing. After appraisal inspection, Sean had someone out to repair some boards needing attention immediately. It was so nice not to worry about finding someone to do the work . He had my house closed in approximately 30 days from day of accepted offer. Sean even took care of the closing for me so I didn't have to make long drive from Illinois. Sean is the only agent I would use for buying or selling.

ZillowVERIFIED Sean had my listing for 5 weeks during the very end of spring/beginning of summer and had one showing the entire time. When asked what his marketing plan was for it he explained that he put the listing in the dream home magazine (along with hundreds of other listings) and he markets himself by having his face on benches. Waste of my time. Ended up using a realtor out of Lafayette and she sold the house in 5 days.
