I had less than 2 weeks to find an agent and get it listed before I returned home overseas. I searched the web for RE agents.After interviewing 4 agents, the choice was clear. Scott knew both the residential and commercial markets -- this property was residential but zoned commercial-office. He told me just what I needed to know without a needless sales pitch. He was prompt, courteous, quick to follow up via emails and texts without the wasted hubris of others. Two agents suggested low-ball prices; while one agent high-balled it. Scott's suggested price was "high-middle". Having sold 2 properties myself in Chicago, I knew I didn't know the Athens market well but had some idea of the price via online realtor sites. His price made sense. He found a full price buyer within 10 days and they purchased within the month.Thank you, Scott!

The broker had a lot of student housing listed, but seemed too busy with higher end business elsewhere, to the point that it was declared that there is a dead period during which no attention was paid to the listing whatsoever. After two listing periods with only one or two showings, I left that broker and this is when I met Scott Talley. While Scott is representing a variety of types of real estate, he is also an expert in student housing and he demonstrated a vast knowledge of the Athens market during our first meeting, as well as an aggressive, sales friendly attitude about his business.
