He was very knowledgeable and encouraging so I placed my home for sale with him a couple of weeks later. He certainly did deliver! He coordinated necessary repairs helping me to decide what essentially needed to be done while doing aggressive marketing. The home was sold within 3 weeks and closed about 2 weeks later. ZillowVERIFIED This agent managed my property for a short time.I found Scott to be sleek and slippery when it comes to negotiations. He stripped my property of appliances and light fixtures ( fixtures were gone with no explanation given) without my knowlegde and did not have my best interest in mind as his client. In fact, he acted like a middle man. I would not trust him. I had to hire another agent to really find out the condition at the end, and when presented with damages, he ignored requests. Scott did NOT upheld the management agreement he entered into, and when I requested he find another tenant, he instead offered me to list the house for sale. Unfortunately, can not recommend this agent for your property managememt needs!
