Scott reached out to us right before around the time we were planning to purchase our first home. At first we still werent sure if we wanted to work with him as our realtor as my husband is friend with another realtor who has decades of experience in Los Angeles market, but Scott has showed his ability to convince the seller to go with our offer. We actually had our first offer accepted which is very rare in this competitive housing market. Throughout the escrow, Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure all the requirements were completed in the timely manner. We bought our house through a program with the city and the amount of requirements were quite tedious. Our escrow definitely wasnt one of the easy ones. Overalls, we appreciated Scott professionalism and knowledgeability in real estate in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Scott for anybody that is currently looking for a realtor right now.
