Compass Hollywood

Scott did an outstanding job in assisting me with the purchase of my condo. He helped me navigate different areas and type of homes. He was so patient with all my questions and concerns. He brought in a lot of insight and support that was much needed. He also provided me with a lot of referral to wonderful people from the loan officer to the home inspections. He was very professional and courteous. Very responsive and a great communicator. Very resourceful and knowledgeable.

Scott was the perfect realtor to help us find our home! He was always available for the any questions/concerns, worked hard to research information, and helped us see a lot of locations in person. He went the extra mile to ensure we closed escrow despite unusual circumstances.

I highly recommend Scott. Hes very knowledgeable about areas as well as up and coming neighborhoods. He always replies promptly and tailors his search exactly to the clients needs.

Scott reached out to us right before around the time we were planning to purchase our first home. At first we still werent sure if we wanted to work with him as our realtor as my husband is friend with another realtor who has decades of experience in Los Angeles market, but Scott has showed his ability to convince the seller to go with our offer. We actually had our first offer accepted which is very rare in this competitive housing market. Throughout the escrow, Scott was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure all the requirements were completed in the timely manner. We bought our house through a program with the city and the amount of requirements were quite tedious. Our escrow definitely wasnt one of the easy ones. Overalls, we appreciated Scott professionalism and knowledgeability in real estate in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Scott for anybody that is currently looking for a realtor right now.

Scott's a very personable realtor who cares about his clients. I was fortunate to meet him and he was happy assist me in all my inquiries. I highly recommend this realtor.
