Scott did a great job of selling our house. He gave us several tips on what buyers would like and dislike with his initial look at the property. He even gave us recommendations for deep cleaning the house and carpet cleaning companies. He conducted 2 open house showings. Scott kept us up to date on potential buyers and other sales in the neighborhood. He gave assistance with all the paperwork and attended the closing with us. We would highly recommend Scott.

In the last year Scott was able to help us purchase land to build our dream home and also we chose him to sell our current home. His expertise in the community we live in was especially important to us as we wanted to list our home properly compared to comps. From the initial meeting he listened to our concerns, made accommodations as we showed our home to potential buyers, and also made sure that the amendments we asked for were at the forefront of our sale. In the end, we listed and were under contract in 4 days and closed within a short period of time. We also got more than what we asked for due to Scott initiating negotiations and hearing our thoughts on how we should go about selecting the right offer.
