Scott showed me the place on short notice, and in the process he talked to me about my goals and his experiences in the business. That property didnt work out, but Scott continued to try to help me find others. I ended up finding a For Sale By Owner that belonged to a friend of mine and when I called to tell Scott I was looking at this property he offered his time to check it out to give his opinion if it would fit my goals as an investment property. When I decided to move forward with a For Sale By Owner he helped us navigate a For Sale by Owner and even offered a moving truck to the seller to expedite the move. When Scott heard my goals, he just wanted to help. Hes knowledgeable, professional, and fair - I'm fortunate to have met him.

ZillowVERIFIED I routinely would receive emails for house listing and one Friday morning, a property was listed by Scott and his team for sale which I was immediately interested in. I emailed asking to view the home and his office manager responded right away, setting up a time for later that evening. After walking through, I was a little hesitant at first but Scott sold me on the house. The on stipulation being he would have to sell my current place. The next morning he was in my yard with a for sale sign and had his photographer taking pictures. By the end of the week we had an offer on our place and before you know it, we were in our new house. A slightly stressful experience due to packing and hauling stuff around but overall very happy with everything. Looking forward to being in our new spot for many years.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott Bunn tried to show us a home that wasnt built yet and was just an empty field. He wanted us to send him houses that we wanted to see. We were overwhelmed as first time home buyers and werent given any guidance on where to look. When we looked at a home with him, we advised him we had looked at another house with another realtor. He was VERY RUDE and told us that we needed to choose a realtor. He went on about how many hours he worked and how he was wasting his time on us. As first time home buyers we didnt know there was a one realtor rule. When you buy a car, you dont take your car salesmen to every dealership. He was the only realtor that treated us this way. Needless to say we never called him back. The realtor that we went with told us that we were welcome to choose whichever realtor we felt comfortable with. She explained the realtors role in the buying process which was very helpful and not belittling like Scott Bunn.
