I was looking for an investment property and on a whim inquired about a townhouse listed by Scotts Division. Scott showed me the place on short notice, and in the process he talked to me about my goals and his experiences in the business. That property didnt work out, but Scott continued to try to help me find others. I ended up finding a For Sale By Owner that belonged to a friend of mine and when I called to tell Scott I was looking at this property he offered his time to check it out to give his opinion if it would fit my goals as an investment property. When I decided to move forward with a For Sale By Owner he helped us navigate a For Sale by Owner and even offered a moving truck to the seller to expedite the move.
