We just recently worked with her again - this time she helped us sell our home and buy our new home. We dragged her all over. Some of the houses we wanted to see for hours away from her and she made sure to work around our schedule. She answered my million and one questions - as selling was new for us. She responded late at night, early in the morning, and even while she was on vacation. She helped ease our minds and handle a lot to help ease our stress level. Even though trying to sell and buy at the same time is extremely stressful - she took on a lot to help make it as stress free for us as she could. ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start? Savannah made this process simple, laid back, and FUN; as it should be! From our first conversation over the phone, I knew Savannah was the realtor for us! She was everything you would want your realtor to be: knowledgeable, confident, responsive, and super personable. We started our search with a different realtor at the beginning of the year, and unfortunately, put in 7 offers within 6 months and sadly couldn't get our offers approved or closed (obviously) on any of them. Needless to say, we were extremely discouraged and felt defeated; honestly, we just wanted to give up for a little while. When I first spoke to Savannah, I wasn't planning on continuing the search right away. The plan was to start fresh in 2019 - mainly because no one likes to move during the holidays. She PROMISED that she would have us closed and moved into our new home before the holidays. With nothing to lose, I gave it a shot. We viewed about 5 houses within a week and found THE one! Sure enough, she had us closed under 30 days and all moved in. If you're looking for a Wonder Woman of a realtor, Savannah Lavender is the one for you!
