ZillowVERIFIED Sarah Stovall and her partner Teresa Ceresini are very unprofessional, lack of communication. They are not honest. When you need something done Sarah tells you aEURoethat is done, I got it , thats my jobaEUR? but nothing is done. We hired them to sell our home and buy a new and it was a nightmare dealing with them. We had to handle everything, email every party in order to gets things done. When it was the inspection for our new home neither Sarah or Teresa showed up to the inspection. Sarah asked us to use an inspector that she use we paid $500 and she never followed up with the repairs. We asked her if the repairs were done, she said yes, we moved into the new home and nothing was repaired. The day of the closing Sarah showed late. The closing was at 9am and she arrived at 9:25am. The entire time Sarah was talking with the other agent about her personal life, did not put any attention to the closing or explained nothing to us. In the other closing for the new home Teresa Ceresini was there for closing of course unprofessional , talking that she is living in her fathers basement, that she wanted to get married again, personal stuff that we really wanted to hear. We were getting a rebate from our Bank for using them Centurys agent and the closing table Teresa Intented to take possession of our rebate. Telling the attorney that the money was supposed to get to them two, then they will send it to us 6 weeks. We asked Teresa to show us that in writing , she called Sarah , Teresa left the closing table to go the bathroom to talk to Sarah about the situation. Thank God the attorney was very honest person and she said that she was going to send the rebate to us as the bank requested. We will give ZERO start to Sarah Stovall and Teresa Ceresini. If you want to live a nightmare and deal with very unprofessional people that lies to you during your sell or buy then hire them. We were ready to fire them, but we signed the stupid contract. Do not hire them. They do not deserve to have. Real estate license. Sincerely, Unhappy customers for ever

Our closing found several huge problems (on the seller's part) that prevented us from closing several times over several months, and each time, Sarah worked diligently and communicated with us constantly to resolve the particular issue as best she could. Throughout the entire process, she maintained a cheery, positive, professional, and can-do attitude that was perfect for our situation. We cannot recommend Sarah enough, and we know who we will contact if we ever need to buy another house.

A friend of mine recommended Sarah so I called and we talked for quite a while. I felt like she really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want. We found my house on the 3rd time out! Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions and I am sure I was a pain in the rear, lol but she was always patient with me.
