You want to create urgency and demand, not sit and chase the market down. Today’s buyers are highly informed, and first impressions matter more than ever. With the right pricing, preparation, and marketing strategy, you’ll generate the most interest and ultimately achieve stronger offers and better terms.
I’ve worked with a wide range of clients throughout my career, including residential buyers and sellers, investors and flippers, as well as clients navigating short sales and REO properties. I’ve also partnered with hedge funds on the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. ’ve known since I was young that I wanted to go into real estate. I was actually close to finishing my degree in accounting when I considered making the switch, but at the time, I was encouraged to finish school and start my career. Years later, I decided to pursue real estate and earned my license. It gave me the opportunity to build a successful career while also being present for my children—attending school events, field trips, and being involved in their daily lives. That balance is what initially drew me in, and it’s turned into a 24-year career I truly love.
