When you are going to open houses and private viewings virtually, the person on the other end of the phone needs to be completely trustworthy to give you an honest take on the property you are viewing. From the very first house, Sarah was open, honest and true about the houses that we saw, and completely gained our trust. My husband and I were confident that Sarah would find us our dream Florida house! We saw several properties over the course of 3 months, and Sarah never hesitated to set up appointments, answer any questions that we had, and share useful tips on the Florida housing market. After a few viewings, she knew what we were looking for in a house and as soon as she walked in to a house that we set up an appointment for, she instantly knew what we would like and key things that a property might not have had that we really wanted. Sarah communicates so well with her clients, and that was extremely important for us since we could not be there in person. When it came time to put in offers, she coached us through the entire process, and did a lot of research on comps so that when we put an offer in, we were doing so based on what the house was worth, not what the market was demanding.If it were not for Sarah, we would not be holding the keys to our dream home in Florida in our hands! By the end of that week we had chosen Sarah as our realtor based on her responsiveness, other people's reviews, her friendly professionalism, and her confidence in helping us sell a 100+ year old house. Sarah gave us advice about staging our little house and we did everything she suggested. When we listed, the place looked spotless, well-cared for, and bigger than it is. We got an offer over asking price within 4 days of listing, which of course we jumped on. Sarah continued to guide us through the process, communicating in a timely fashion and expertly calming us down on the couple of occasions when we got anxious that the deal wouldn't go through (everything worked out perfectly). Sarah was a helpful negotiator when we found our new dream home and she was there every step of the way from our inspection to signing the closing paperwork.
