ZillowVERIFIED Sarah was amazing! She helped my husband and I buy our first home. She answered emails constantly, she could clearly explain things whenever we had questions, and was patient with any of our indecision.First, she sits down with you and does a consult to figure out what you want/need. She explains the purchasing processes and helps you find homes of interest. The initial tours are handled by her associate Christina, who is also wonderful and helpful. Once you find something you like, Sarah will do a second tour of the property and point out anything you or Christina might have missed initially. Then she puts together the paperwork to submit your offer while reading and explaining what all that paperwork means. When she works with you she only works with you. She doesn't answer the phone for other clients on your time. Of course, if she misses a call she gets back to you ASAP. I never felt like my calls or emails were ignored. Honestly, I have no idea how she does it all. With Sarah you're always greeted with a smile and she knows her stuff. Whether you're buying big or small she treats you like your business matters. I can't recommend her enough.

After looking at houses with Sarah's team, I knew instantly that they were the right ones for me. They were by far the most helpful in touring houses and helping show me, a new homebuyer, the ropes. Sarah met with me many times to help me through the piles of paperwork, she always went out of her way to make herself available. She also helped me through the price negotiation steps as well. In addition to being an exceptionally talented team, Sarah was wonderful person to work with.
