Due to being located out of state, we had to rely on her to represent us and act on our behalf more than in a normal house buying situation. Through the entire process, Sarah was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. She made herself available and communicated steps that needed to be completed and possible issues. When there were choices to be made, she researched and presented all the available information to assist in making decisions. She was very professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Selling a house in this market is challenging but my house was under contract within 6 weeks, which is amazing. She showed us whatever home we wanted to look at and was available when we needed her. Once we signed a contract on a home she was very interactive with our lender and the sellers going above and beyond to make sure we became homeowners. Sarah was very personable, interested in what we were looking for and went out of her way to send us information on homes and land in our price range.When we came to look at the said properties, Sarah spent her entire day with us making sure our questions were answered, allowing us to look as long as we wanted or needed at each property and gave helpful ideas for certain areas of the homes.
