Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

Don't rule yourself out before you talk to someone. A lot of people qualify for more than they think. Start by connecting with a good local lender so you know your real numbers, then we'll build a plan around your budget and what matters most to your family. And don't skip the inspection, even when the market feels competitive.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

Price it right from day one. The first couple of weeks on the market bring the most attention, so an accurate price based on recent local sales goes a long way. Small fixes, decluttering and great photos make a big difference too. I'll help you decide what's worth doing and what isn't.

Q: 3. What types of clients have you worked with?

Mostly young working families and first-time buyers, along with move-up buyers, people relocating to the Wenatchee Valley, and sellers ranging from first-time sellers to owners of rural and farm properties. I work both sides, so I understand what buyers and sellers are each looking for.

Q: 4. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?

I'm an eXp ICON agent and an eXp Certified Mentor, so I stay sharp on training and best practices and help other agents do the same. I also teach free homebuyer classes and have spoken in Cashmere High School classrooms, so explaining the process in plain language is something I do all the time.
