ZillowVERIFIED Saras overall expertise in negotiations, professionalism, patience, knowledge of real estate was just phenomenal. I was actually referred to Sarah by another friend who told me aEURoeSara is who you needaEUR?. I purchased my home in GA while i was physically in Alaska.naturally this would have been a nerve wrecking process. She made me comfortable enough to put my mind at ease after our first phone conversation. Her communication through the whole process made this possible, she answered all my questions timely and thoroughly. Sara went above and beyond by visiting the home when i had questions and concerns while i was still in alaska to ensure that everything was on schedule as they said it was, and that things building wise were also good. I would recommend sara over and over and over to anyone and everyone. Thank you for making my first home process a phenomenal experience, as was my selling process. The Edmonds family loves you

ZillowVERIFIED Sara is amazingly responsive - via both text and email, and she knows her stuff! She helped us through a trying process, and she made sure we kept our heads up through it all. Her knowledge of Savannahs housing landscape, local market trends, and feasibility of various credits was invaluable. She helped us find a beautiful home, and we could not be more thrilled! Thank you, Sara!

Best realtor EVER! She constantly went above and beyond. When I was unsure about selling the house she proved to be extremely competent. She told us what people are looking for in the market. We made the changes needed and were able to get more money for the house than we expected.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara's catch phrase is "Sold by Sara" and she is correct! She sold me!. Working with Sara is like working with a friend! She is very knowledgeable, intelligent, organized and well versed. She is passionate about her job, working hard and going above and beyond for her clients. She led me through the entire new construction process and was right there any time I needed her or had a question. Sara took care of everything from A-Z and then some! I cannot imagine having made it through this process without her. I wouldn't ever consider using another realtor. #Realtorforlife #SaraisSavage

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough to compliment Sara...10+! She was an incredibly helpful guide through this process. This was my third home buying experience and by far the best. I did not know a real estate agent could be this helpful and insightful. Whether it was questions about comps, neighborhoods, plats, documents...and more documents, she was either already ahead of it or had an answer in extremely short amount of time. Most highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was great to work with. She went far and above our expectations, from getting contractors together to get some repairs done to making sure all the paperwork was just right and was exactly what we wanted. We were working with her for some time, but the house was only listed for a few days before it was under contract. Sara says it was luck, but she put us in the position to be lucky. If not for her hard work, it wouldnt have happened so quickly and so smoothly.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara Petys was about as perfect as we could ask for. She was informative and patient right from the beginning. Her expertise regarding the local market and the buying process made us confident throughout. When we had questions she knew the answers, when we had ideas she was attentive, and when we asked for advice she was ready to give it. We would not have found the house, neighborhood, and school district we are in without her expert help. We recommend Sara with the highest rating we can give. Thanks, Sara!
