ZillowVERIFIEDSara is an excellent realtor who works tirelessly to make sure her clients are purchasing the perfect home for themselves and their families. She was always reachable throughout the entire process and we must have seen 20 houses before finding the right fit. She gave her expert opinion on the pros and cons of each property when asked. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood the process every step of the way. Once we were under contract, she helped to make sure the property was in tip top shape by requesting all necessary repairs and continued to fight on my behalf right up until the closing documents were signed. I could not recommend Sara Crawford more. She is one of the top real estate agents in the area for a reason. Thank you, Sara!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Sara to everyone looking to buy or sell their home. She helped us sell our home, and with her help and pointers it sold the same day. Finding our new home was very difficult, since we had a lot of wishes. Sara never gave up and kept looking for almost 2 years until we finally found our new place. She was patient with us and gave us very professional advice making sure we did not settle on a house until we knew it was perfect for us. She not only has a ton of knowledge of the house market, but was also always very quick to respond and available to look at homes. It was a pleasure working with her, and now that we live in our new home we actually miss our house shopping trips with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Saras excellence as a realtor is only surpassed by her excellence as a person. If I could give her more stars I would. She is very knowledgeable and able to seemingly effortlessly guide you to the correct house. She is responsive, and gets things done. If needed, she will go to bat for you and negotiate until you feel comfortable. She was there for me every step of the way, having great patience and guiding me to the finish when I was wavering. She answered all of my questions, no matter what time of the day or night I had them. Her vast knowledge of real estate and the Columbus area came in handy when I was priced out of the area I thought I wanted and gave me confidence in my discussions on where and when to buy. When things looked like they were falling apart and the house I had under contract wasnt going to be closed, she found a way, making me a proud first time home owner.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara is top of the line and has become more than a trusted realtor, she is a close family friend. Sara sold my house in 2017 and we purchased our new home with her. Last month she assisted my daughter on her first time home buying and made the process simple and easy for her. If you are looking to buy or sale look no further Sara is the one. She looks out for her clients and will guide you in the right direction.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara is truly a godsend and knows her stuff. She basically held my hand during this entire process. She made an otherwise stressful experience into something you almost wouldn't mind doing again. Sara listens to her clients and understands thier needs. She will use the information you give her, your wants, needs and desires in a home and help you get them to the best of her ability and your price range. She will fight to get you the best deal the market will allow. She will keep you informed during the whole process. All in all if you don't have Sara as your agent you are doing yourself a huge disservice.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was a wonderful realtor to work with! She took into consideration all of our wants/needs, brought to light different aspects of houses we may not have taken into consideration throughout the buying process that were helpful, and was always available for us when we needed questions answered or had houses we wanted to see. She knows what she's doing, and she's great at it! We couldn't be happier with the process thanks to Sara and wound up with a beautiful home that checks all the boxes of what we were looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED I had a GREAT experience working with Sara. I was in a tight spot and needed to get my home on the market and sold quickly since I was offered a new job in another city. I had to move to a new location quickly. Sara made the necessary accommodations to let others in to conduct the home repairs and showings of the home. She also made recommendations on how to get my home sold for top dollar. My home sold for listing price - no negotiations needed. This saved me a lot of stress, time and effort. My home sold very quickly due to her keen eye on pointing out all repairs needed to pass inspection. Closing went very smoothly! Sara was my angel and blessing!!

The day our house was listed for sale online we got 4 offers and sold our house. Sara was always very professional and ready to answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the whole process of selling our home. We would advise anyone thats selling or buying a home to contact her.

ZillowVERIFIED Sara was amazing. She helped us from the very beginning to tailor our interests, location, and price range in a home we were looking for. She flooded us with many options to choose from and we narrowed it down from there. Her expertise on homes, location, resale value, and recommended builders for new construction was invaluable. We couldn't be happier with the service she provided and the consistent follow-up. Our new home purchase was simple and she represented us well with the contract with provisions/amendments she recommended, our inspection process, and the closing. The entire process was extremely rewarding and we thought so highly of her that we recommended her to good friends who just purchased a new home with her assistance as well! Highly recommended! She is super helpful, easy to work with, friendly, and looks out for your interests as a buyer. She quickly became "family". Months after we purchased our home, she still follows up and asks how we are doing with our home. There is no better real estate agent in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED If youre reading this, youre probably done with your search for the right agent. Sara Crawfords name would be first on my list. She helped us purchase and sell our home as a military relocation. It can be challenging to buy/sell as a busy family with small children. She made our transactions as smooth as possible both times we worked with her. If you want a knowledgeable, connected, accesible agent who is well versed in this market then youre done looking.

ZillowVERIFIED Aside from the fact that I have known Sara for a while on a personal level, my husband and I contacted her based on her reviews and reputation as a realtor when we decided to sell our house. The experience we had with her far exceeded our expectations. Armed with knowing that we needed to sell our house quickly, she diligently worked on our case, and got it sold in a matter of weeks. Sara was very trustworthy and transparent throughout the entire process, and did an amazing job negotiating on our behalf! We are forever thankful.

She didn't pressure me into buying the first house we looked at. Even set me up with notifications for houses in my price range that's on the market. She even worked around my schedule. (reasonably). If I decide to buy again I will be giving her another call. Thank you Sara!
