ZillowVERIFIED Wow! What an experience! We were out-of-state buyers looking for a beautiful, raised, affordable beach cottage on Tybee's North End. Before employing Sandy and Shirley we had searched the online realty sites week after week for over three years looking for our perfect beach house but never were able to find one we loved at the price we could afford. Though we reside in the Northeast, we have extensive family in Savannah and even after their long and exhaustive assistance, no homes that fit the bill materialized. By sheer luck as we were vacationing on Tybee this past summer, we serendipitously bumped into the two wonderful Sold Sisters as they strolled past the lighthouse. Long story short, we called them in October of 2020 and by the end of December, 2020 we had closed on the most beautiful, authentic, raised beach cottage in the exact area we wished to be. They not only found it within seconds of it being listed but advised us on how to proceed against multiple other bidders without coming near to breaking our bank. After our offer was accepted and the inspection was complete, they advised us perfectly on how to renegotiate the sale's price down taking into consideration the small repairs that were needed. Their help continued in a myriad of other important ways even after closing and for that we will be eternally grateful. We could not be more impressed and happy with the fantastic service that Sandy and Shirley provided us. They are winners and boy did they win for us!
