My family and I had the pleasure of working with Sandy Cheng when we decided to go house hunting out of San Diego County and explore the Inland Empire. Sandy did an amazing job marketing our home and getting an offer in 1 week that we accepted which was $34,000 above asking price. She also negotiated an excellent price on our new dream home and escrow was closed 1 day after the escrow on our previous house sold.
