PorchLight IE Realty

I had an outstanding experience working with Sandy throughout the sale of my property. From the initial consultation to the final closing, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication. Her guidance on pricing, marketing, and negotiations helped secure a great result in a timely manner. Communication was always prompt and transparent, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and effortless. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell or buy a property and would gladly work with her again in the future.

My family and I had the pleasure of working with Sandy Cheng when we decided to go house hunting out of San Diego County and explore the Inland Empire. We were wanting acreage but not too far from the interstate, privacy but not too out of the way from the city. I had found a close sister city property that shared both of what we were in search for. On top of that the layout of the home and and property worked out. We couldnt be happier with our experience. The moment we walked through the door, we knew it was a place we could call home. Sandys expertise, as always, is the utmost professional, prompt, personal, and devotion which has made the process smooth and confident. Sandy setup the showing and worked out property negotiations. Any questions regarding the property or paperwork was clarified. Sandy definitely was more than helpful or our realtor, but more like friend to family. If youre looking for a home in the IE area, I highly recommend Sandy Cheng with no question. Shes absolutely amazing, charismatic, extremely knowledgeable and will get the job done. Thank you again Sandy Cheng for your dedication and outstanding service!!!
