ZillowVERIFIED We had the pleasure of working together with Sandi both on the purchase of our new home as well as the sale of our existing home by referral of a close family friend. Sandi was just great to work with right away, and in every aspect. Shes an experienced professional, and took the time to help us find exactly what we were looking for in our new home. Starting out, we werent exactly sure what that was but we narrowed it down rather quickly based on her very sound advice. Were just thrilled with our new home and love the area. Couldnt be happier and we plan to work with Sandi and her team as we move forward with investment opportunities in the future. Give this woman your business, you wont regret it.

ZillowVERIFIED She was very knowledgeable about the pricing in our area. She helped us with all our questions about the paper work. She answered or returned promptly all of our calls. She has great skills at preparing the house to be very appealing to people looking to buy.

ZillowVERIFIED I was new to the area and by accident I ran across Sandi Harmoney while looking at purchasing a foreclosure. I had no knowledge of the process, Sandi held my hand thru the process and was able to move into our new home just a short few days ago. I have always been told that the foreclosure process was difficult, with Sandi it was a breeze!!

ZillowVERIFIED As we began to look at the market in northwest Washington state from our home in Pennsylvania we had the good luck after a couple of clicks online of starting a long distance encounter with Sandi who was to become our realtor in the search. Noting our interest and asking the right questions she determine the best way to proceed. Sandi knew from our sharing that we were a few months from coming west and realizing a sale for her. Her business acumen showed patience and knowledge as she fed us online with property possibilities of her market for several months. Upon reaching west with money in hand from our old home sale, Sandi thru her natural friendly personality and open directness was able to set up various visits on our schedule and show us a great diversity of choices and help us envision the possibilities. Her knowledge of the market and sales technique gave us a certain confidence in her negotiating skills and direct fairness on pricing with the sellers. She always gave the right amount of information on the process, home value, market availability, and trends. I am confidant in saying she knows how to fairly read her client needs and will direct the business for any client successfully.

ZillowVERIFIED Sandi and colleagues CREATED a successful purchase of our new home [overcoming initial resistance in a reluctant seller very persuasively] In Subsequent handling of our original home I found Sandi and the team making well coordinated plans for a successful sale and then executing well against them. Friendly professionalism has been a consistent theme in their efforts. Would be happy to recommend !! Ian Tosh

ZillowVERIFIED My experience is mainly with Sandi Harmoney of the Ben Kinney team but the entire team has been very professional and very helpful thgoughout our entire transaction. So much so that we hired them to help us sell our Mom's home/estate shortly after they helped us find our home. It has been a great experience working with them and we will definitely recommend their services to others in the future.
