My wife and I came across a town house for sale and needed a Realtor. I met Sammy a few years back, so I reached out to her to see if she would be interested in assisting us with the purchase. She was excited for the opportunity and worked magic. Not only did the transaction close in under 30 days, she was willing to work 100% around our schedule. She handled all the communication with the sellers realtor, the HOA to answer our questions, the home inspector, our insurance agent and the lender. She helped negotiation a price $25k under the asking price. She even traveling 100 miles to show us the property last minute. I highly recommend her as she delivers first class customer service. We will work with her again in all future real estate deals.
