My name is Samantha Owen, and I am a licensed broker and owner of a small boutique real estate brokerage. I began my real estate career in 2018, and as I enter my eighth year in the industry, my passion for helping people navigate one of life's biggest milestones continues to grow. I earned my bachelor's degree in Exercise and Health Science from Kennesaw State University in 2014, and in 2025, I took the next step in my career by becoming a licensed real estate broker and launching my own brokerage. This decision was driven by my desire to have more flexibility and freedom to truly serve my clients' unique needs. Over the years, I have helped clients successfully buy and sell homes, with extensive experience working with first-time homebuyers and investment properties. My goal is to turn what can often feel like a stressful move into a seamless, well-supported experience. I pride myself on guiding clients through challenges with clarity, care, and confidence--so they feel informed and empowered every step of the way. I am deeply passionate about real estate and love helping people take meaningful steps toward their dream home.
