I came into contact with Sam Narvell who is part of Cherrie and Zachs team. I dont even know where to start with how incredible the experience was with them. The professionalism, the commitment, the dedication and most importantly to me, the patience they all exhibited with myself and my wife goes above and beyond words. Given this was the largest purchase we had ever made in our lives, theres a lot that can go sideways and we put our full trust into cherrie and her team. Sam was always responsive, worked incredibly hard to ensure we got the best deal possible for the sale of our home and then, with the help of Zach and cherrie, ensured we got the best deal possible for the purchase of our new home. Add a 1 year old into the mix and a schedule that neither my wife nor I have any say in, Sam was incredibly accommodating and always made sure that whether it was the open house or an inspection for closing, that it always accommodated our sons sleep schedule and still got us above asking price. Finally, they have an incredible service that I had never heard of before that acts as a personal concierge for your new home. Given the stress factor and the level of mental and physical exhaustion from the experience of selling and purchasing a home all within 45 days, the concierge helped to facilitate the activation of all of the services we would be using in our new home. I'm beyond happy with what Sam Narvell and Cherrie and Zach were able to do for our family and I will be using them and recommending them for any future real estate needs.

Sam did an amazing job being our realtor (and now friend). He helped us both sell our condo and secure our dream home. He was always available to answer questions in a timely manner, kind, and overall just pleasant to be around.
