I have lived in Silver City since 2001 and I love it here. Silver City and Grant county is full of kind, compassionate people who create a connected community. As Hacienda's Manager I see all sorts of transactions, so I have experience not just in my own transactions but with everything that comes through our office. Buying or selling a home can be overwhelming, even if you have been through it before. I am here to make sure the process of buying or selling is as worry-free as possible. I believe that the more information you have, the better you will feel about making your decisions. As your broker, I want you to understand everything and feel comfortable with the process. Buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful things you do in your life. I will help you reduce that stress and feel good when the transaction closes. I'll walk you through every step and be with you at every stage. From preparing your home for sale to closing and from "just looking" to "just bought". Before I worked in Real Estate, I spent over 10 years in the non-profit world developing and supporting community based programming. I was the Director of the region's first AmeriCorps program and the first Youth Conservation Corps trails program. I miss working with community based programs, and trails, but I love that Real Estate has given me the opportunity to stay connected to the people and places in Grant County. When I am not working on Real Estate, you can find me on the soccer fields playing playing pick-up games, watching my sons play basketball or play music (guitar, drums & fiddle), walking the dogs, or grabbing a quick run on some of our local trails.
