Sam held numerous open houses during some very lousy weather weeks and held them at different times of the day to try and increase traffic. He consulted with me on when it was time to adjust the price and did a great job in negotiating with the buyer on my behalf. I wholeheartedly would recommend Sam as a realtor.

We got in contact with Sam when we first started looking at listings, and before we had been pre-approved for a home loan. Same checked in consistently throughout that process to see if we had any questions. When we got our pre-approval letter he was available to look at listings that weekend. Buying a home in Western Washington can be very stressful right now, especially with a budget of 400k, but Sam made the process seamless for us. He had extensive knowledge on each listing we looked at and of the surrounding neighborhood. He was always very responsive and reassuring throughout the entire process and handled negotiations with the sellers agency beautifully. He came to each listing with us, and to each home inspection. We ended up closing on our home at the end of February and he has been available to answer any and all questions since then. When we were driving Sam called and I put him on a speaker , Jim my husband while listening to conversation showed me the sign to end the call. We were hoping at least get an apology about taking this long to call back, Sam didn't seem to even care. We hoped to talk to a professional that was an expert or at least knowledgeable in real estate. This gentleman didn't seem to know anything about what he was talking about. After 10 minute conversation after I gave him information on what we are looking for and in what price range , he said he would get back to us and set up a time to meet with us. It has been 4 months , and still no response. We found and purchased a house with different real estate agent that had experience and delivered an outstanding service. Your loss Sam.
