ZillowVERIFIEDFrom Realtor to Family aEUR" Saige Maxwell Is in a League of His Own. I first met Saige Maxwell while tagging along with a friend to view a house. At the time, I had no idea that meeting would eventually lead to Saige helping me find and purchase a home that truly fit everything I was looking for. There are real estate agents, there are great real estate agents, and then there is Saige. His patience throughout the entire process was incredible. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like I was simply another client on a list. He took the time to understand what I needed, what mattered to me, and what would actually make a house feel like home. What impressed me most was his dedication. Saige doesn't treat real estate like it's simply a job. His passion for what he does and genuine care for the people he represents show in everything he does. Then there are his networking skills. I'm fairly convinced Saige doesn't have a contact listaEUR"he has a real estate summoning circle. If something needed to happen, he knew who to call and how to get things moving. But what truly separates Saige is how he treats people. Somewhere along the way, the relationship stopped feeling like realtor and client. He made us feel like family. When you're making one of the biggest decisions of your life, having someone in your corner who genuinely cares about the outcome means more than I can put into words. His patience, dedication, knowledge, connections, work ethic, and genuine care put him on another level. If real estate agents had a final boss, I'm pretty sure it would be Saige Maxwell. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Five stars doesn't seem sufficient, but apparently they haven't added a legendary-tier rating yet.

ZillowVERIFIED Saige is the best Realtor we could have ever asked for! Our experience with Saige could not have been better! From the very beginning he was very quick to respond, super flexible with our schedule, and was on top of everything we asked. Saige did an amazing job negotiating a deal on our home and did so professionally. Any questions that I had he either already had the answer, or was able to get it figured out within the same day or even the same hour every time. At any given time he was just a call or text away and if I needed to get any information he was able to get it. He even went out of his way to check on utility information for me that was not available on the original listing for the home we purchased. He and his wife were both so kind and so helpful during the entire process of buying our home, I couldn't be happier. I'm glad that we were able to work with them and would absolutely reach out again if we ever decide to move in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Sage did a very good job working with my wife and I under difficult circumstances. We started looking for a home back in January but were forced to delay our search several times due to a cancer diagnosis requiring immediate treatment. After a few stops and starts, we were finally ready to make a decision in early summer. We lived out of town, so Saige visited several properties for us, documenting with a video each time. We got our house sold in June and just moved into our new home in early August. Saige showed great patience and always communicated with us throughout the process. We highly recommend Saige.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a realtor/broker who is honest, knowledgeable, and motivated, then Saige Maxwell (Saige Real Estate) is your guy. Saige helped me sell my house. We had 6 showings in 6 days. My house sold on the 6th day. I don't think the process could have gone any better than it did. Saige made the whole process stress free for me. He took care of everything from the beginning to the end. He told me exactly what I needed to do to have my house show ready. Saige continued to stay in contact with me to ensure there were no issues with the process. I will definitely use Saige again to buy or sell a house. Thank you again for making the whole process easy and stress free for me.

ZillowVERIFIED If youre in the market for a real estate agent who combines professionalism and experience but is still down to earth, Saige Maxwell is your guy. This was the 1st time ever my wife and I set down the path of purchasing a home. The whole process seemed like a daunting task but Saige was our Sherpa, guiding us around all the pitfalls and showing us the way as if he had been doing this for many decades! From the get-go, Saige impressed us with his encyclopedic knowledge of the housing market. He could tell you the average price per square foot in any neighborhood faster than you can say aEURoemortgage ratesaEUR? which speaks volumes to his level of research and preparedness that he goes into every showing with. His negotiation skills are fantastic as well! Saige was always coming up with compromises to make both us and the sellers happy to ultimately get us across the finish line with the house sold. Throughout the entire process, Saiges professionalism shone through. He was always punctual, impeccably dressed, and armed with all the paperwork & listing info needed for every showing. Yet, he never missed an opportunity to lighten the mood with a well-timed joke or a funny anecdote about his real estate adventures. His communications skills are top-notch too! Every question we had was responded to almost immediately and in the rare event that he didnt have an answer right then and there, he made sure to keep digging and got back to as as soon as possible (which never took very long). In the end, Saige helped us find our dream home, and he did it with a smile and a laugh. If you want an agent who is as professional as he is personable, look no further than Saige Maxwell. Hes the real estate agent who makes buying a house feel like a walk in the park.
