He answered our phone calls, text and emails right away. There was never the sound of crickets at the other end of communication. He is patient, knowledgeable and kind. Our purchase home needed repairs and he was always available to help us get the contractors into the house for assessments. On the sell of our house: Mark has great negotiating skills! We had an offer above asking price within hours of the house hitting the market.
