We found Sabine Rolnick through a recommendation on a social media post regarding realtors in the Downers Grove area. As a real estate agent with The Rolnick Group at BHHS Chicago, one would assume she is pulled in many directions throughout the day. Regardless, Sabine was patient and understanding with my fiancA(C)e and I as first-time home buyers; working late to get an offer in, communicate updates to us, etc. In an extremely competitive seller's market, Sabine acts quickly to get an offer in on a property. In our case, a home in the same neighborhood that we were renting in popped up as a private listing. Sabine Rolnick is an excellent real estate agent. We came to the Chicago area for work and didn't really know a thing about living here, but Sabine made us feel right at home when looking to buy a house. We found a wonderful house in Bolingbrook for the right price that fit all of our needs. We knew we wanted the western suburbs and her expertise of the area was fantastic when searching for our new home. We came from a state that didn't require real estate attornies and were taken aback upon learning of them, but it didn't matter because Sabine had a recommendation that proved to be a great option. In fact, we went with all of Sabine's recommendations; the attorney, home inspector, and our mortgage lender.
