Wow! This is our 8th house we're buying, but I must say that working with Ryann Shannon to find our house was by far the best experience we have had with any realtor. Her inmate instincts of being a realtor in finding out our likes/dislikes and her attention to our needs to the exact type/style of house we were looking for was amazingly spot on. Ryann and her assistant Caitlyn did an outstanding job with the purchase of my home in Moore. They were very professional, very thorough, and very prompt EVERY TIME I had a question or concern. I highly recommend them. The first time I contacted Ryann, through Dave Ramsey's list of real estate professionals, she called me within 15 or 20 minutes. I told her I wasn't ready to buy right away but wanted to have a real estate agent ready to go. She sent me listings in the area of Moore/South Oklahoma City for several months. As soon as I was ready to buy and found a house for sale near my son, I called her and she was able to show the house to me that afternoon. She even helped arrange a gap loan with Berry-Rock to do a lease-to-purchase until my house in Texas sells.
