Wow! This is our 8th house we're buying, but I must say that working with Ryann Shannon to find our house was by far the best experience we have had with any realtor. Her inmate instincts of being a realtor in finding out our likes/dislikes and her attention to our needs to the exact type/style of house we were looking for was amazingly spot on. I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a specific kind of house. Her response time and attention to detail was excellent. Her knowledge and experience about the area was great. Her contacts and knowing people in the business was superb; i.e. the loan company, the home inspector, a local moving company... Wow! I am so glad that I had Ryann this time in purchasing our home! We are 300% satisfied with her work. She was also able to get our home on a "fast close"! We had our home inspection done on Oct 30th, put in our offer and accepted on the 31 and then closed on the house on Nov 10th! Wow! That's only 10 days to close!!! She knows all the right people to get things done. Amazing! If you're planning to buy a house, I would definitely recommend her to be your agent.
