He was there every step of the way when it came to selling our home and purchasing our new home. He advised us on what needed to be done in order to sell our home while still coming out head and having money to put into our new home. He always had a line of open communication with us. If we needed him, he was there. Any questions we had he answered night and day. He handles his job very well under pressure. He was able to resolve issues with inspection, and he resolved those inside very quickly. Ryan is very accommodating to any situation. We honestly would never trust any other realtor when it comes to buying and selling. We have sold 2 homes through Ryaj now, and bought 1. We would have most definitely went through Ryan to buy our Moline house, but we found him too late which is a shame. Ryan is truly amazing!

He was very honest and blunt throughout the entire process. We had been having a lot of issues with other realtors, and Ryan was the complete opposite. After doing a little research and asking around locally, Ryan came highly recommended by a friend in the Quad Cities area and we could not have been more pleasantly surprised by the "process" this time around. It has been a home buying experience like we have never had. Ryan is an agent that works full time to achieve not only his own goals but to assure that his customers goals are met as well. When we first contacted him regarding our search, he took a lot of time helping us identify exactly what it is we were looking for, listened to our concerns about budget, neighborhoods, schools, etc. and never once discounted our goals or tried to convince us to purchase a home that wasn't just right! (this was really important because we were purchasing from out of state) We were looking for something very specific in a home and he has been diligent about helping us find just the right house. Ryan is professional, honest, concerned, easy to contact and an all around pleasure to do business with. I also would like to mention that in our previous experience with agents, communication has been a BIG issue particularly when selling as well as buying but to our surprise, Ryan has been "Johnny on the spot" when we have needed to communicate, quickly returning emails, texts and calls. When we go to flip our next property (my husband renovates and restores old homes) there is no doubt Ryan and the River City Living team will be our listing agents as well.
