Ryans Phillips communication skills are 10/10, everything you would want in a realtor, Ryan has. Honesty, organized, knowledgeable, on time, and willing to go to battle to strike the best deal possible. I purchased a home in Texas while I was out of state. As this brings its natural challenges, Ryan didnt falter and shined through the entire process. With over $20,000+ in closing costs covered, additional maintenance up to $10,000 covered and I received my full $4,500 earnest money back. This is not only a win across the board for Ryan but a huge win for myself. If you dont use him as your realtor, I'm sorry, youre truly missing out.
