We had our home listed with another agency at first and it was still sitting on the market after 30 days with very little traffic. We called Lonnie Bush out of desperation hoping maybe they could help. They matched me up with Ryan and I instantly liked him. Ryan came in and worked his magic. He brought in true pros to take breathtaking photos of our home, wrote a perfect listing description then listed on a Tuesday afternoon and by Saturday morning we had TWO offers OVER the listing price!!! Ryan was a great help throughout the entire process on purchasing my first home. Ryan answered every question I had quickly and with the most details possible.
