Ruthy and her team are my real estate superheroes (actually.... superheroines). In a time of great stress, they were a balm to my weary and tired soul. They were patient, kind, and compassionate - which was particularly valuable since I was selling my home when I was already across the country. And... they know their stuff. They gave pointed advice on what was the most important things to complete to get my house ready for sale. Then they are well-connected, helping me get the right vendors (pre-inspection, cleaners, stagers, photographers, etc.) at a great price. They helped me navigate the difficult decisions around pricing competitively and when to go live. When I saw my listing, I wanted to buy my own house! They did an excellent job positioning my home in a really difficult market. They held multiple open houses, coordinated several showings, kept me informed on the feedback, and offered sage advice/insight on pricing and offers. They were amazing. Every detail was covered, every concern was addressed, and every "going-above-and-beyond" was aboved and beyonded. With other homes on the market for months at a time, ours sold in under a month and closed 2 weeks after we accepted the offer.
