ZillowVERIFIED Ive used Russie twice this past year. And I am so grateful that I found her! Her market knowledge, immediate responses, willingness to go all the way for answers and go get em attitude is priceless! My first experience was selling my home in Lake Mary. Face it, we are all visual people when we look through MLS, and the pictures that pop are the first houses that we will actually stop and check out. I noticed Russies listings because of the beautiful pictures, and she was one of the realtors I chose to interview about selling my house. What set Russie apart was her knowledge about the whole listing process and pricing, backed with market research and her quick responses to my phone calls and any questions I had. She made recommendations, and got the ball rolling in a very quickly in listing. The pics were gorgeous. First day listed I had 4 walk throughs and 3 offers, over asking. SOLD! Russie didnt stop there. She followed up with advice and was always available to answer questions. My second experience was house hunting this past fall. There werent many listings and the good ones were going fast. We toured so many homes! She is absolutely tireless and so upbeat which is wonderful when you are wondering if you will ever find a house. So, I found a house. It was listed through Opendoor. That is an entirely different story, but my advice is if you deal with them, make sure you have a good realtor on your side. Russie researched the property thoroughly, offered expert advice and negotiated x100 (seriously!) and spent countless hours making phone calls and emailing Opendoor to get our issues resolved. Finally closed in November. Follow up? You bet! Russie just called me to remind me to file Homestead exemption and portability forms. I adore Russie and could not imagine going through this past year without her. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs!

Our recent experience of selling our Florida property from long distance (we live out of state) was made very easy by the kind, personal, energetic, and detailed care given by Russie Weidl of Watson Realty Corp. She worked amazingly fast to get our house sold at the highest price possible. She found us a buyer before she even put the sign on the lawn. We closed in less than a month. Amazing. Certain details needed to get done prior to closing, and since we were not able to be there personally, Russie stepped up to the plate and managed matters to get the deal closed for us. So, truly, if you are fussie, insist on Russie! We did. She worked well for us.

We were relocating from New York so there were a lot of details to take care of. From the very first showing Russie was informative about the property and every property after that. Russie listened to what we required in a home and there was not a day that went by that we did not receive a phone call, text or email with suggestions of new listings. Russie was on top of her game !!! Russie found us a beautiful home in Mt.Dora and we were thrilled beyond belief !!! Then we told her we wanted to close in 30 days and be in by labor day weekend. The other two wasted months for me with terrible marketing material, no signs in yard, awful communication, not being available for showings, incorrect / minimal info describing my home on the MLS, all which resulted in me receiving ZERO offers in 9 months, while I was paying expenses on two homes. Russie came in with initiative, drive and professionalism, and within 4 weeks I had two offers. She is fabulous, best decision I?ve made in a while! My only regret was not contacting her sooner! Russie is always available for questions. I e-mailed her a question at 10:00 pm, hoping for an answer the next day. My answer came in 10 minutes. Trust Russie's advice. Let her guide you and you WILL get the best results possible. There is a reason Russie has such a good sales record. It's called hard work. I have bought and sold 6 houses and this is by far the best experience. Watson Realty also made the closing process as easy as possible.
